CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION/NO SHOW - PENALTIES - no penalty if the cancellation is communicated at least 4 days before the date of arrival - a 1 night cost penalty if the cancellation is communicated after the 3rd day before the arrival or in case of no-show
